Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine chickpea flour, olive oil, water, and sea salt in a bowl.
Mix until the dough forms a cohesive ball. Add a touch of water if it feels dry.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ¼-inch thickness.
Cut the dough into desired shapes using a knife or cookie cutter.
Place the crackers on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
